Notice to Part-Time Loan Officer Candidates

Level-Up Recruiting & Coaching Compensation Program

Program Description

The Level-Up Recruiting & Coaching Compensation Program ("Level-Up Program") provides eligible loan officers employed by One Real Mortgage Corp. ("ORM") with the opportunity to earn additional compensation for approved recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching activities.

To qualify for compensation under the Level-Up Program, participating loan officers must certify that they have performed the required coaching and mentorship activities.

Compensation is earned solely for legitimate employment-related services and is not based on the referral of mortgage or real estate transactions.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the Level-Up Program is limited to:

  • Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers

  • Active W-2 employees of One Real Mortgage Corp.

  • Employees who meet all eligibility requirements contained within their Employment Agreement and any applicable Mortgage Loan Advisory Recruitment and Coaching Override Addendum ("Level-Up Addendum").

Participation is not automatic. ORM reserves the right to determine eligibility based upon the applicable employment agreement and company policies.

Compensation Requirements

Any Level-Up compensation is based solely upon the performance of bona fide employment services, including:

  • Recruiting Mortgage Loan Advisors

  • Onboarding Support

  • Training

  • Ongoing Coaching and Mentorship

Compensation is never based upon the referral of mortgage loans, real estate transactions, or settlement service business.

Sponsorship Designation

The Level-Up Program is designed to encourage mentorship throughout ORM.

Prospective Mortgage Loan Advisors may identify a preferred sponsor prior to employment by completing the Designated Sponsor section of their onboarding documents.

This designation:

  • Is provided solely for administrative convenience.

  • Does not guarantee employment.

  • Does not guarantee compensation.

  • Does not establish any contractual relationship between the designated sponsor and ORM.

If the designated sponsor has not commenced employment with ORM within ninety (90) days, the sponsorship designation will automatically become void.

Employment with ORM remains at-will, and no oral or written communication shall create an employment relationship unless confirmed through a written agreement signed by an authorized ORM representative.

Acknowledgement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of the Level-Up Program and specifically acknowledge the following:

1. Program Terms

Participation in the Level-Up Program is governed exclusively by my ORM Employment Agreement and any applicable Level-Up Addendum.

2. Eligibility for Compensation

I understand that I am not eligible to receive Level-Up compensation unless:

  • I am actively employed as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer by ORM;

  • I have satisfied all requirements contained within my Employment Agreement and Level-Up Addendum; and

  • I have completed the qualifying recruiting, coaching, onboarding, and training activities required under the program.

I further understand that no Level-Up compensation will be paid retroactively for any period prior to my official employment start date with ORM.

3. Licensing Requirement

I understand that a condition precedent to employment with ORM is becoming fully licensed and sponsored through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.

4. Regulatory Compliance

I understand that all Level-Up compensation is:

  • Subject to the terms of my ORM Employment Agreement;

  • Conditioned upon compliance with ORM policies and procedures;

  • Subject to all applicable federal and state laws; and

  • Governed by all regulatory requirements applicable to licensed mortgage professionals and compensation practices.
